* Sweet Baked Ham

Great Northern white beans 2 cans [drained and rinsed]
A 28 oz. can of diced tomatoes, juice included
1 ¾ cups of water
1 cup ham, cubed
Salt and pepper to taste

Heat a large saucepan over medium heat, add oil and onion, stirring. Cook about 5 minutes until onions are almost tender add garlic. Stir often. Cook until onions are transparent. cilantro, beans, tomatoes and add water. Bring to a boil, then drop heat to simmer, add ham and simmer for 15-20 minutes.

The top and serve with a good hardy bread croutons.
